CHAUMECA TECHNOLOGY equipment is used for various applications in refineries, particularly in processes such as CCR (Continous Catalyst Reforming), for which CHAUMECA TECHNOLOGY designs and installs RLD (Regeneration Loop Dryers) to dry and purify a stream. of nitrogen necessary for the regeneration of the catalysts involved in these processes of aromatization and increase in the octane number. Our RLDs reduce the water content in the nitrogen to 50 ppmv. Operating pressures are generally between 4 and 12 barg and flow rates reach up to 70,000 Nm3/h.

We also offer hydrogen recovery and purification systems , produced using adsorbent-based technology or by using microporous membranes. The hydrogen thus recovered can be recycled for various applications, thus avoiding passing through the flare.
